User Agreement

Welcome to LessPhoto. This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you and the developer of this app. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the app. By using the app, you agree to all terms of this Agreement.

Service Description

LessPhoto is a local photo-cleaning tool for iOS devices. It provides features such as similar photo detection, swipe-based photo organization, and image compression. The app's core functions are completed locally on your device, without account registration or an internet connection.

User Conduct

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using the app to process any illegal, infringing, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineering, interfering with, or disrupting the normal operation of the app
  • Engaging in any cheating, fraud, or conduct that harms service fairness
  • Any other action that may affect service security or stability

If you violate the above rules, we reserve the right to take necessary measures to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy Protection

We value your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information. Your photo library content is processed locally on your device and will not be uploaded to any server.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app's interface design, icons, text, code, and other content belong to us. Without express written authorization, you may not use, copy, or modify such content for any commercial purpose.

Subscriptions and Payments

  • Fees and Payment: You may access premium features through a subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time purchase (lifetime membership). All fees are charged through your Apple ID account via the App Store payment system. This app does not directly process any payment.
  • Subscriptions and Renewal:
    • Subscriptions automatically renew and charge the next period's fee 24 hours before the end of each subscription period (monthly or yearly), unless you turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
    • After canceling a subscription, you will be downgraded to the free version at the end of the current paid period, while your benefits during the current period remain unaffected.
    • If a free trial is offered, you will be charged after the trial period ends. You may cancel auto-renewal during the trial through your Apple ID subscription settings. If you change your subscription plan during the trial period, any remaining free trial days may not be preserved, subject to App Store rules and your Apple ID subscription status.
  • Refunds: All purchases, including subscriptions and one-time purchases, are handled by Apple. For refund requests, eligibility, and procedures, please contact Apple Support and follow the App Store refund policy.
  • Lifetime Membership: Lifetime membership is a one-time paid product and remains valid after purchase. Because this app is a local tool, this benefit is tied to the Apple ID used for purchase. It does not rely on a cloud account and cannot be transferred between different Apple IDs.
  • Changes and Termination: We reserve the right to adjust service prices, benefit details, or discontinue certain paid services based on operational needs. We will provide notice in accordance with applicable platform rules before making such changes.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is." We make no express or implied warranties regarding its stability, continuity, or the results of any specific function. You are responsible for backing up important data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or any indirect loss caused by your use of the app. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate some or all functions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the country or region where we, the developer of LessPhoto, have our principal place of business. This does not exclude any mandatory protections you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.

If any dispute arises from this Agreement, both parties should first seek to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction in the country or region where we have our principal place of business.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement as required by law or business needs. The updated Agreement will be published on this page. Your continued use of the app will be deemed acceptance of the updated Agreement.
